Large windows bring in natural light while exposed brick and the original industrial details create the unmistakable loft atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen is one of the highlights of the space. With generous counter space, a large island, modern appliances, plenty of cookware and dishes, and bar seating, there’s plenty of room to prepare meals together or enjoy takeout with the group. The dining and kitchen area flows directly into the living room, making it easy for everyone to stay connected while cooking, eating, or relaxing.
There’s even a foosball table in the building, adding another fun option for groups and families.
The Bedrooms
The loft features 3 comfortable bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests. Each bedroom has its own distinct design while continuing the property’s Kansas City-inspired style. Expect comfortable beds, quality linens, TVs, and plenty of character, including exposed brick, bold accent walls, and unique artwork. Whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or a larger group, there’s room to spread out while still having plenty of shared space to enjoy together.
Bathrooms
The home features 2 full bathrooms, making mornings and getting ready for a group much easier. Both bathrooms feature modern finishes, spacious vanities, and walk-in showers.

Your stay also includes access to the building’s rooftop, giving you another place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of Kansas City. The building itself offers even more ways to enjoy your stay, including an on-site bar and spa. After a day of sightseeing, dining, or catching a game, you can unwind without having to go far.

You’re staying in East Crossroads, one of Kansas City’s most energetic neighborhoods and a fantastic home base for exploring the city. Step outside and you’re close to the action while still having a comfortable place to return to at the end of the night. The property is also conveniently located near the 18th & Vine Jazz District, where you can experience Kansas City’s legendary jazz history, barbecue, museums, and live entertainment. Downtown Kansas City and the Power & Light District are also nearby, making it easy to enjoy concerts, sporting events, nightlife, dining, and other major attractions.

Neighborhood
Welcome to East Crossroads, one of Kansas City’s most vibrant and creative neighborhoods. Located just south of Downtown, the area is known for its historic warehouse buildings, colorful murals, local art, restaurants, breweries, cocktail bars, coffee shops, and live music.
Your home on East 18th Street puts you right in the middle of it all. Spend the morning exploring local coffee shops and boutiques, grab lunch at one of the neighborhood’s many restaurants, then head out for an evening of live music, craft cocktails, breweries, or entertainment. East Crossroads is particularly easy to explore on foot, with plenty to discover within just a few blocks.
The neighborhood is also close to Kansas City’s historic 18th & Vine Jazz District, home to legendary barbecue, the American Jazz Museum, the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, the historic Gem Theater, and some of the city’s best live jazz.
Art lovers will especially enjoy the Crossroads, which is home to hundreds of artists and independent studios, as well as the famous First Fridays art crawl when galleries, shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues come alive throughout the district.
And when you’re ready to explore beyond the neighborhood, Downtown Kansas City, the Power & Light District, Union Station, the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, and other major attractions are all nearby.

Transit
Many of the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, galleries, and attractions around the Crossroads and 18th & Vine districts are within walking distance, so you can easily leave the car behind when exploring the neighborhood.
For destinations farther away, Uber and Lyft are readily available, and having a car can be convenient for exploring attractions outside the downtown area.
Kansas City’s KC Streetcar is also a great way to explore the urban core. The free streetcar runs through Downtown, the Crossroads, the River Market, Crown Center, and other popular destinations, making it an easy option for getting around without worrying about parking.
Bike Share KC also has a station near the 18th & Vine District, giving guests another convenient way to explore the surrounding neighborhoods.
If you’re driving, there are street parking and paid parking options throughout the surrounding area. Kansas City also has numerous downtown garages for guests heading to major events and attractions.
Notes
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the loft Please smoke outside.
Pet Policy: We adore pets, but unfortunately, the unit is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.
Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the penthouse is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.
Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.
Monitoring: We have camera’s outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
