By booking, you agree to the following:
✔ Acceptance of Terms & Conditions – Booking confirms acceptance of our rental agreement & policies.
✔ ID Submission – A valid government-issued ID is required for check-in for all guests who stay at the property.
✔ Background Check – is required for all guests who stay at the property.
✔ $1,000 Security Deposit – is required for booking the property.
✔ Delayed Check-In Risk – Failure to complete verification at least 2 days in advance of stay may result in delayed property access.
✔ Each booking comes with two mobile device digital keys to the property. Building management charges $25 per additional digital key. If you are staying a week or longer we will cover the extra cost of the keys.

This is a quiet residential community with strict noise policies.
Noise levels are monitored with a sensor in the living room and in the public amenity spaces like the rooftop deck.
1 warning will be given for excessive noise.
A $1,000 penalty will be charged for continued violations and or guests will be subject to eviction per the lease the guest signs.
🚭 No Smoking Policy
Absolutely no smoking inside the unit or anywhere on the property.
A $1,000 cleaning fee will be applied for violations.
🚫 No Drugs Policy
No drugs of any kind are permitted on the property.
Immediate removal with no refund if drugs are detected.
A $1,000 fine will be applied for any violation.
