Transit
The easiest way to reach the house is by car. From Bozeman or the Bozeman Airport (BZN), take I-90 East to Livingston, then follow US-89 South toward Yellowstone. After about 25 minutes on US-89, you’ll turn onto the local roads that lead directly to the home. The full trip takes about 50–60 minutes.
Transportation Notes
– Renting a car is strongly recommended—the area is rural and ride-shares are limited.
– Highways are paved and easy to drive, but local roads near the home may be gravel.
– In winter, 4WD/AWD is recommended.
You can also arrange for private shuttle or car services from the airport but we recommend hiring those in advance.
Notes
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, no smoking is allowed indoors. Please smoke outside.
Pet Policy: We allow for two dogs and an additional fee of $150 per stay.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the penthouse is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.
Security: You will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.
Monitoring: We have camera’s outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
